Job description

Your main role will be to help drive traffic to the website and increase incoming inquiries through online and offline campaigns, telemarketing activity, together with some inbound response calls and assist in the planning and organisation of events in the Benelux.

This role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to develop their marketing skills in a busy team. The role offers a high level of autonomy therefore applicants must be capable of working on their own initiative and in a proactive ‘can do’ manner.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge- & campaign management
• Creating and executing triggered campaigns for the engagement solutions
• Working on internal and external telemarketing activities to ensure a steady flow of incoming leads for follow up
• “Opening doors” and identifying opportunities for potential business
• Providing fully qualified appointments to the commercial team
• Making timely and appropriate follow up calls to secure appointments
• Collect, manage and analyse company customer and prospect data in Salesforce.com
• Evaluate current customer and prospect information and data in order to provide recommendations to improve data integrity and quality
• Collect and maintain dashboards, reporting and campaign information/documentation – showing how campaigns perform
• Be familiar with data utilization
• Be the central point of contact to execute marketing programs

Online activities:
• Support the creation, execution and testing of online campaigns
• Create specific landing pages on corporate website/micro-sites
• Liaise with agencies on the production of online adverts
• Liaise with suppliers on the insertion of online adverts
• Implementing market awareness and lead generation activities through the use of social media
• Liasing with the global and field marketing team to deliver locally based webinars


Supporting other marketing activity such as events and/or external events and shows:
• Assist in pre-event marketing activities/campaigns (i.e. web profile, show guide entry)
• Assist in all the admin tasks relating to the smooth running of the events (i.e. book staff, book accommodation, order equipment/passes, order exhibitions displays and stands)
• Receive, collate and process all event registrations including attendance, accommodation, special needs/requests
• Production of delegate materials: name badges and welcome packs
• Processing of delegate feedback forms after the event
• Manage incoming data post event

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/University degree in marketing or communications
• 2 to 3 years experience in direct marketing environment
• Good communication skills
• Organizational strong
• Experience with data management
• Experience with campaign management
• Editorial and linguistically strong
• Fluent in Dutch and English Language
• Accurate
• Pro Active
• Independent
• Good command of MS Office
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
• Basic HTML knowledge
• In possession of a drivers license
